Mature mode?
Hello. I understand that you are currently experiencing issues with the Mature Mode system, but this explanation does not cover everything that is happening on the platform.
The main problem is that the content flag is being applied not only to newly uploaded images, but also to older posts — including entries from previous contests that were never marked as Mature before. These posts were already published long ago, had passed all checks, and had no restricted content. Yet the system suddenly re-flagged them.
This behavior cannot be explained simply by a temporary failure of Mature Mode, because it affects previously approved and historically safe content. This suggests that the issue is deeper and may be related to a different part of the moderation or classification system.
At the moment, many users are unable to submit new works because the flag cannot be removed manually; the “Appeal” button is unavailable. If this is a global system failure, it would be helpful to acknowledge it directly — and to clarify whether a fix is already in progress.

I have already unsubscribed, as the issue has clearly not been resolved.
I will not return as a paying member until the adult mode bug is fully fixed.
If this remains unresolved, I am confident it will result in the loss of many paying members, not just myself.

I’m still having the blurred content and nothing has been resolved for me and many other users. It’s November 25th by now and the issues are still ongoing. We would be thankful if the flags would be removed from all our previous made content and us being able to create content again without the constant flags. Thank you.

The issues that previously affected the creative experience for some users have been initially resolved, and core creative functions have gradually returned to availability. Our technical team is continuing in-depth optimization to ensure the long-term stability of the platform.

Same here. Older images have disappeared, new ones cannot be generated. Only blank blue pics appear.
Please have this fixed, or you will lose a user

There is another issue worth mentioning. The quality-evaluation system is still functioning and even congratulates users when a generated image meets its internal criteria — showing a popup saying “Congratulations, you’re a talented artist, great work, publish it.”
However, the same image is immediately flagged as inappropriate (even in the popup thumbnail) and cannot be published.
This means two internal systems are producing contradictory results:
– one model certifies the image as high-quality and safe to post,
– another flags it as restricted content.
Such behavior cannot be caused by a simple Mature Mode outage. It indicates a deeper malfunction in the moderation pipeline, where classification and safety checks no longer produce consistent outcomes.
