Is it just me, or are Lora’s thumbnails mostly blacked out and impossible to see? No matter how many times I’ve contacted customer support, all they say is, “We’re aware of the issue and working on a fix.” It’s been about five days since this started, but there’s been no improvement. The site keeps getting worse and bugs keep popping up—when will it finally be usable again?
