Prompt copy and paste of popular submissions in contest systems

Is it possible to restrict or prohibit people from submitting works generated directly from (or with very similar prompts to) prompts, models, or LoRAs submitted by other users in "Daily Challenges" where people compete for votes?
I don't think there is anything wrong with using ideas from existing works to generate images. However, we believe that submitting such a work to a contest is an act that lacks respect for the creators who came up with the idea first.
