Is it bad that we only talk about this here?

If I post about the usability issues, numerous abuses, and deteriorations happening at SeaArt, along with their shoddy handling here, on X, Instagram, or YouTube, will they finally feel motivated to improve things?

Would reporting them to the Internet Consumer Center make things better?

No matter how much feedback or support we send, they won't listen. They just slap on some vague "optimizing" or "working on improvements" and expect users to shut up.

They likely see problem reports here as nothing more than noise from cash cows, causing no real harm.

They figure they can keep running things without listening to a word, because users will pay anyway, and new customers will keep coming.

That's why the operators think they can treat users like fools and never improve anything.

If that's the case, unless we spread information about this place publicly and take action to prevent more victims like current users, the number of victims will just keep growing.

Is that kind of online protest movement necessary?
