I frequently send messages by mistake. Since there's a send button you can click, I'd like you to only respond to that one.
While that is my own fault, please also improve the fact that customer support only responds to the last comment box or the last sentence when I split my message into multiple comments or request assistance with multiple issues—perhaps due to poor memory? (Well, this feedback is a case in point...)
It's terrible service when it takes over 12 hours even on weekdays to reply to inquiries.
