Search is broken, image and video generation are broken. What’s going on?

I honestly suspect the search issues are related to their NSFW filtering system. It feels like SeaArt is trying to prevent potentially NSFW content from appearing in public searches or recommendations, but the filtering and moderation settings may be overtuned or malfunctioning.
That would explain why search results feel inconsistent or broken lately, and possibly why image/video generation quality and visibility also seem unstable.
