Issues with character chat

Running into issues with some longer chats.

1) if i make the ai try again on a reply and edit the response, it will not save. If i refresh the edit is gone. This only happens on anything beyond 1/x. So 2 out of 2 or 2 out of 3.

2) telling it to try again will actually result in it continuing from the previous attempt instead of rewriting the response.

3) rewinding doesnt seen to clear all data. It will still act like it is further into the story instead of continuing to where i rewinded it. Rewinding these and trying again seems to cause it to continue from before the previous rewind.
