Issue with Trial-to-Paid Conversion – Seeking Refund & Plan Downgrade

I am reporting an issue regarding a sudden high-cost subscription charge immediately following my 3-day free trial.

I intended to remain on the Basic Plan and did not realize the trial would auto-convert into a large-scale subscription so quickly. I have already reached out to support via email, but I am posting here to request assistance with a subscription cancellation and a full refund. I enjoy using SeaArt and would like to continue as a Basic user, but the current charge was unexpected and unauthorized. I hope the team can resolve this for me promptly.
