The answer is easy: male nipples are not sex organs, so they are not banned. This platform is not against any particular sex, it is against THE sex. Against the body itself and the body’s needs. Like all censors and govenments. It is not an exception. And the last thing that should happen is that they decide to require males and females alike to dress in hazmat suits, just to be on the safe side. Instead of the irrelevant “discrimination” criterion they should consider why they are banning the display of sex organs outside of explicit contexts - at least that. We are not allowed to stand here with one foot forward and a dangling penis, even if we are made of bronze. THAT is absurd.

もし先進国や民主主義の国であるなら一度男女差別やLGBTQの勉強をすることをお勧めするよ。
共産圏や宗教国家であるならそれはそういうもんだろうなと思うよ。ナチュラルに男女差別しそうだしね。
