I am writing to formally request a full refund for an unauthorized/accidental annual subscription charge made to my account.

Immediate Action: I am reaching out within hours of the transaction to rectify this mistake.
Cancellation: I have already manually cancelled the "auto-renewal" on your website to prevent future charges, but I require a refund for the current US$251.88 deduction.
Under consumer protection principles for digital services, I request a full refund to my original payment method immediately. I have already contacted my bank to flag this transaction as a billing dispute, but I would prefer to resolve this amicably with your team first.
