illegal charges of my money

The company STAR CLUSTER PTE. LTD. (SeaArt) charged 83.88 USD from my card without my consent. I did not subscribe to any services, and there is no transaction history in my account. I contacted support, but no one responds. Beware of illegal charges by this company!
