'Get 10+ Likes in 1 day -> 10 Stamina'

I have been writing about this for a long time in the past, but each time I get the response, "It's improved." and it only takes a few days to get back. I don't even know how much stamina I have not received.

Why do they update so often with updates that I don't understand, but they don't fix problems like this?

Do they only deal with people who are paying 10 stamina and don't have a problem with it?
