Idea: Public Forum For Members

Okay, so after a shaky start and cancelling my 3 day membership, I kind of found my stride and even purchased one month as well as a $20.00 USD pack of credits.

Here’s the problem. Customer care is understandably slow to respond to issues via email, and honestly it’s no better in this feedback space.

So maybe a possible solution would be to create a simple forum, maybe even an extension of this feedback section. People could ask questions and hope that other members in the community will respond with possible solutions.

I am pretty new here, and there are three or four things I am trying to solve with video creation and I cannot for the life of me get any real answers. Plus I’m not sure if the problems I’m having are from user error or actual bugs and glitches. I am probably just doing something wrong.

But if you had an actual social community dedicated to people asking questions and more experienced members answering them, with people offering suggestions, help, member created FAQs and so forth, it could be a great resource. I really would love to continue here, but there are no resources whatsoever for people to get reasonably quick answers to common problems.

I even tried other forum sites and Reddit, but nobody has chimed in to answer any of the more technical oriented questions I have.
