今回酷い改悪ですよね。あまりにもの規制で創作の幅もかなり狭くなるでしょうね。
例えば日本のアニメや漫画が評価されるのは自由度が高い事。視聴者に見せる(公開する)時点で
検閲すればいいだけの話だと思う。
個人で楽しむ分なら他人に迷惑を掛ける物ではない。公開(SEA-ART内、SEA-ART外)できないようにすればいいだけの話だと思う。
