But the truth is, their web design is extremely complicated. When you try to cancel, the menus are confusing on purpose, clearly designed to keep charging customers. It’s terrible. I strongly do not recommend it. I have already contacted my bank, and I will share this experience in Thailand so that people will not support websites like this.
