I just got charged again pls help

I renewed my yearly subscription for the standard plan from last year a couple of days early on march 1st at 11pm and got charged again on march 6th at 10:30pm in the status it says the first one on march 1st that cost me 60$ is complete and the one on march 6th that charged me 83.88$ is in effect please help

      The worst part is that if the purchase didn’t explicitly say renew and said I was buying another subscription on top of my original one I probably would have cancelled my original subscription first.

      And when I tried using the customer service button on seaart itself I got a robot that didn’t answer my questions properly and when I clicked the button to talk to A human they didn’t actually come.
