What does "follow" mean? What's the point of tagging?

Inspiration has returned to the plaza, but the search function via "Follow" that was previously fixed remains gone. Currently, no matter where you go on the HP, searching via "Follow" is completely impossible. This renders the "Follow" button utterly meaningless. Furthermore, since searching by tag is impossible, forcing users to tag posts is also pointless and a waste of time. As someone who looks forward to seeing other users' works, I'd like to see this improved immediately....Also, we don't need tags like "boobs" or "spreading legs." The works themselves won't pass under the current super strict censorship anyway, right?
