Where is "Feedback" displayed?

This is the place where users post suggestions for improvement and opinions,

It is located in a very confusing place.

Also, the name "Feedback" does not seem to convey the purpose of the site.

We would like to collect more users' opinions,

Change the name to something like "Wishes for Management" or "Suggestions for Improvement" to solicit more user opinions,

It would be good if they could be displayed in the top menu.

Also, the current "agree" only, but it would be better to include "disagree" and "don't agree" items,

I think we can solicit fair opinions.
