Like leaving the creation data in stasis, or only allowing thumbnails and not enlarged views because it is against the terms of the agreement.

I think that most users do not know what level is a violation of the terms of use.

I think the problem is the system that censors and discloses data without permission after it is created.

I think it would be better to have a "non-disclosure" system and only those who want to disclose their information should be able to do so, considering the time and effort required to manage the site. If people who normally do not disclose want to contribute, each person can look at the data individually and decide whether it is acceptable to disclose or not.
