Warping of images when scrolling upward in the image generation page

For the past few days, I have been experiencing a phenomenon where, when scrolling upward on an image-generating page (e.g., https://www.seaart.ai/ja/create/image/...) When scrolling up on an image-generating page (e.g., ...), the image moves like a warp in an instant and cannot be scrolled smoothly.

The specific situation is as follows.

Downward scrolling is normal (smooth)

Only when scrolling upward, the image suddenly warps or blinks

Scrolling once is normal

The symptom occurs again after refreshing the page

I have tried deleting cache, disabling GPU acceleration, etc., but no improvement

The same issue occurs in multiple browsers (Chrome, Brave, Edge, Firefox, Opera)

Usage environment:

OS: Windows 10

GPU: GeForce GTX 1660

Browser: Google Chrome version 141.0.7390.123 (64bit) and others

SeaArt app (based on Chrome) also exhibits the same phenomenon
