Regarding Credit Refunds for Failed Image Generations

I previously received the following response regarding the refund of credits when image generation was disabled (the log is still available)

I had been patient, hoping the issue would be resolved eventually, but since it hasn’t improved at all, I’m sharing my feedback.

・Thank you for your feedback. Currently, failed tasks are canceled. Additionally, no credits are charged. However, for tasks that have already started, credits will be charged based on the resources consumed.

However, under the current system, credits are refunded only once per day; after that, even if the task is hidden, the credits are not returned. Nowhere in the above response does it mention “once per day,” and such a restriction is unreasonable. (To begin with, it’s strange that a system would hide tasks for “integrity” reasons even though they haven’t been published.)

I request an improvement to the current credit refund policy.

    要するに勝手に規約に違反するとAIが判断したらcreditは戻らないという回答ね。何百回も異議申し立てしたけど返ってきたことは一回もないわ。

    そもそも健全性が低いから閲覧できないという事になっているけど規約にはアップロードとか公開の場合規制がかかることは書いているけど個人で見る分には何も規制はないはず。公開もアップロードもしておらず、そもそも作品が表示されていないのにcreditを消費させるシステムが違法行為にあたると思うんですけど、どうでしょうか。

    また勝手に規約を変更してユーザーの怒りを買いますか？

    現在、ポイントの払い戻しは、タスクがキャンセルされた作品のみに適用されます。キャンセル理由と払い戻し金額は、作成フローに既に表示されています。既に作成済みの作品については、ポイントの払い戻しは行われません。また、ルール違反のない作品については、異議申し立てを行うことができます。異議申し立てが認められた場合、作品は通常通り表示されます。

      現在のルールを質問しているわけではありませんので、ステータスをCompletedにするのはおかしいです。
