Regarding patience when image generation just won’t start

Previously, when I wrote that it was strange that half of my Stamina was deducted when I canceled a task that wouldn’t start no matter how long I waited, I received the following response.

■Thank you for your feedback. Currently, failed tasks are canceled. Additionally, no Credits are charged. However, for tasks that have already started, Credits will be charged based on the resources consumed.

The above response addresses situations where an error is detected after creation (resulting in the task being hidden), so it does not address my original concern.

For example, if a user waits more than 5 minutes for a simple image generation task and it still doesn’t start, please explain again how users should respond and how the platform will compensate them.
