Please stop the system malfunction every time you update something!

This time the image I created is not showing up in my work either. Not because it is a banned image and therefore not visible, or because it has an eye mark and is blurred, but it is not displayed. It's like the work never existed. How does it look to those who come to view it? Wouldn't they appreciate a work that they can't see?

And when I look at the creation, the image that was missing from the work is properly displayed.

Why do bugs occur so frequently?

I would rather have a stable display and creation environment than a major update.
