I think it's a scam to not allow people to submit works that don't have the regulatory markings.

I am trying to enter SeaArt's contest "Film Video Neo-Color Fantasia" and am experiencing the following problem.

The 10-second videos generated by the Film Video Neo model do not appear in the event submission options.
Some videos generated under the same conditions could be submitted, but the second and later videos do not appear as candidates for submission.
All the conditions (model: Film Video Neo, video length: 10 seconds, theme: Color Fantasia) should be met.
However, none of the restrictions (eye symbols) are applied.

Is this a glitch?
Also, we would appreciate any instructions or workarounds to correctly submit the Neo video to the event.
We have made every effort to avoid sexually explicit material, and in fact, there are no restrictions on the markings.
If you are not even allowed to submit a video that requires 400p to make, it seems like a scam to me.
If this is a problem, I would like to request that it be addressed as soon as possible.
