Feedback

can’t see most of my content that I paid to make because it’s NSFW and it’ll still charge me to generate NSFW content even though it won’t show it. I even tried specifically adding (safe for work) to the prompts and it will still make images it classifies as NSFW and will charge me for them even though there doesn’t seem to be any way for me to view them, even if I download them. I can understand if you just stopped people from publishing those images on your site but it’s messed up to blur out people’s private works especially since you still charge for them. If you don’t want NSFW content generated then just stop allowing it to be generated don’t make people pay for blurred out images. the customer service AI is pretty useless as well. If this isn’t changed I want all my money back because this literally started right after I was done with the free trial and spent some actual money

Due to regional policy updates and enhanced platform risk control, we are currently implementing a series of necessary adjustments and optimizations to the platform content. The core objective of this adjustment is to build a safer and healthier long-term creative environment for everyone, ensuring that every creator's inspiration can be showcased on a compliant and stable platform.

We expect the relevant adjustments to be completed gradually within one month, and the affected content on the platform will gradually return to normal during this period.

SeaArt is committed to providing a platform where everyone can freely explore and create with peace of mind. We promise to make every effort to shorten this adjustment period and continuously improve our service level.
