Frustrating site behavior

Every time I open sea art, a lot of stuff pop up and that is very annoying! I don't want to upgrade because I have upgraded. I don't want to chat with a machine that is pretending to be a woman. I am working on a tablet and that is making very difficult for me to get to the x button and close the pop up windows. Please help me, I can't find the customer support service of the site!
