Formal Demand for Immediate Removal of Unauthorized Content and Account Deletion

I am writing this formal letter to express my deep indignation regarding the unauthorized use of my data and creative works on your platform.

I have recently discovered that my entire profile, including checkpoints and personal information from my Civitai account, is being displayed on SeaArt without my knowledge or consent.

I would like to state for the record that:

  1. I have never registered for an account on SeaArt.

  2. I have never authorized the reproduction, distribution, or uploading of my models/checkpoints to your platform.

The fact that my data was scraped and mirrored on your site without my explicit permission is a clear violation of my intellectual property rights and a serious breach of privacy.

I demand the following actions be taken immediately:

  • Permanent deletion of the unauthorized account linked to the URL above.

  • Immediate removal of all my checkpoints, images, and associated metadata from your servers and search results.

  • A formal explanation as to how this unauthorized data migration occurred.

I am monitoring this situation closely. Should you fail to comply with this request immediately, I am prepared to take further legal action and report this incident to the relevant authorities and the global AI community for intellectual property theft.

I expect a confirmation of these deletions within 48 hours.

    I don't work here, but from what I've read, I'm sorry to hear that happened to you. However, I will say that this problem likely wasn’t caused by Seaart itself. Also keep in mind that this could have originated from Civitai or Google (if you signed up for Civitai using your Google account)—in other words, someone working at either of those two companies could have sold your data to this website. Although it’s also possible that, based on what you’ve said, your Civitai account was hacked, your data and the content it contained were cloned, and then an account was created on this site to impersonate you and profit from the content you create. So, if I were you, I would be more suspicious of Civitai or Google than of Seaart. I’m telling you this based on what you’ve described, not to defend Seaart. In any case, it’s perfectly fine for you to complain and demand that they remove the content you didn’t upload or authorize on this site.

      My main goal here is to get this stolen account taken down as quickly as possible.

      Regardless of whether it was collected through AI on both Civitai and SeaArt, the priority is the issue of the stolen account itself.

      I just hope that situations like this disappear from both Civitai and SeaArt as soon as possible.

    Hahaha, bro, this is AI art stuff… I get what you're saying, I understand the anger - bots scrape websites though and it's nothing new.

    You CAN claim the profile (I believe), but I would not expect any kind of reply anywhere from SeaArt, let alone in 48 hours.

    Also, having said that, SeaArt IS full of scammers, absolutely is, but this transgression ain't them. All in all, I would say either get the process started to claim the profile and get ready to delete the account/content yourself, or hunker down and see what SeaArt does - but you'll be waiting a LONG time.
