abusive blurring of publications

I've noticed that a lot of poss that used to be self-registered have become blurred, even though they used to be allowed!

i don't understand this new restriction policy at all, which seems more than abusive!

I hope it will change, otherwise I'm thinking of finding another, more permissive suite.
