Flagging when no Nudity or inappropriateness in prompts

I would really like to know why prompts and images get flagged and are prevented from being posted due to content, even though there are no nudity or indecency or any cultural issue in the prompt or image? But then on the Homepage there are images displayed that clearly and obviously has explicit sexual content, nudity and sometimes even worse in them? Why is this not addressed at all? I’ve seen this now how many times and I must say I am getting a bit fed-up with it. If my prompts contain any nudity or anything like that I can understand should they be flagged or prevented from being posted yes, but when there is no nudity and they get prevented and I go to the Homepage and there are purely sexual images I really get dissatisfied. I’ve even reported some of my images being flagged and never get any feedback at all.
