False “Low Health Rating” Flag on Artwork (No Appeal Option Available)

Hello,
I would like to report an issue with the content rating system.

My artwork “Infernal Train — 2.0” received a “work cannot be published due to low health rating” warning after Upscale, even though:

  • the image is not blurred,

  • there is no “Appeal” button on hover,

  • the original (non-upscaled) version was not flagged,

  • and the artwork contains no sexual content, nudity, gore, violence, or real human remains.

The skull on the front of the train is a stylized, fictional metallic design, a common artistic element in fantasy and dark-fantasy artwork. Many similar works with skull-themed locomotives, structures, or landscapes are already published on SeaArt without restrictions, which makes this flag appear inconsistent.

It seems that the Upscale process may have triggered a false positive due to enhanced texture detail.

Could you please review this case or forward it to the appropriate team?
I would greatly appreciate a clarification or adjustment of the rating, as the artwork follows the platform’s guidelines.

Thank you very much.
