Does anybody know the pattern of regional censorship?

This is not a question for the staff, they don’t care and their responder here may be a bot himself. But to other users: has anyone figured out which regions are getting censored and blocked or half-blocked? For example, if I manage to make myself look American with a VPN, the generation engines work, but no images or resultant videos load, and I can’t see what I just made. Without a VPN or with a European country router (I tried France) it is altogether impossible to connect to the site. Does anybody know the trick to loading the pages?
