The Discord support team and our support team do not coordinate with each other.

Discord support and our support team aren't coordinating with each other. I'm not sure why, but it's a mystery.

Ever since around September or October of last year (2025), the site has been going through a series of "deteriorations," and everyone has been flooding this place with complaints, but it might be a waste of time.

The support staff here—including the “AI”—are “careless and have absolutely no sense of responsibility,” so they just reply with boilerplate messages or, if anything comes up, simply tell you to “contact Discord” and leave it at that.

I have a few threads here myself, but starting with the second one, I began reporting issues to Discord’s support team as well. In fact, their responses (though slower than most companies) are actually quite prompt, and they resolve issues quickly. Even if they can’t fix it immediately, if you follow up, you’ll get a progress update (this happens pretty reliably).

I’ve become friends with a Discord support representative on Discord (for specific reasons), and I’ve been asking them about bugs and questions. Of course, they don’t cover everything, but they do their best to respond and take steps toward a resolution. In the process, I’ve realized—for various reasons (which I’ll skip since this is getting long)—that I’m certain our support team and Discord’s support team aren’t coordinating with each other.

Recently, I reported to both Discord and their support team that “the date for my monthly payment was off.” As expected, their support team sent me a standard form letter and forwarded my inquiry to Discord—but with a delay of several days.

However, the Discord support representative responded within a few hours and fixed the issue that very same day. The same goes for other issues as well.

Based on this, I can conclude that "Discord’s support team is the better one."

To everyone who’s posted here or is thinking of posting, I recommend contacting Discord support as well. [Especially for issues involving money.]
