Discord tickets?
Due to the horrendous ammount of bugs there are in this website and stuff, and possibly moderations ignoring certain people. I think it should be of importance to make a ticket system for bug reports, so that individual reports can be resolved and looked into more carefully, instead of the mass report dump.

現在、Discord上でバグ報告を集中的に管理する形を採用しており、その方が皆様からのご意見・ご指摘により効率良く対応できるためです。投稿（スレッド）形式でバグを受け付けた場合、返信済みのスレッドに新たなコメントが追加されるとトップに表示され、本来優先して対応すべき新規バグ報告が埋もれて見落とされる恐れがございます。
ご指摘いただいたユーザーのフィードバックの漏れについては、カスタマーサポートチームにも伝え、今後より一層注意を払うよう徹底いたします。
