Comments section for the Daily Theme

I’m using this on a PC browser, but regarding the comment section to the right of the Daily Challenge, Realism Challenge, and IP Challenge, is it possible to split it so that the top part displays announcements from the admins about that theme, and the bottom part is the comment section—with the comment section hidden until I click on it?

Currently, if there are negative comments about the theme, the system, or the admins near the top of the comment section, I can’t help but see them. While I respect people’s freedom to express their personal opinions or criticize the admins, as someone who genuinely enjoys the daily theme generation, I’d prefer to avoid having those comments automatically appear in my view.

If modifying the system or layout is too much trouble, I would prefer if the top of the comment section were filled with a standard message from the admins from the start, so that user comments aren’t displayed unless the user scrolls down.
