Customer Support/ Yearly Charge
Your Chat bot even doesn’t reply. Where is the customer support, do we have to go to discord for it.
You charge annually after free trial period ends and don’t allow upgradation to monthly packages? What is this BS policy, first off why charge an annual subscription fee and why can’t we upgrade to a monthly package, do we have to pay $ 250 for a simple upgrade now? Why not just rob at gunpoint?
