Credits unduly debitted

Hello,

I’ve been charged blue credits almost every second for a minute at a time I wasn’t even there! I was on my way to work, not using the services. A total of 729.8 blue credits have been debitted while I was away. Can you please explain me why and refund me the undue credits? Thanks for the help.
