Creative Upscale

It is with great respect and humility that we contact you.

I am very disappointed that the issue with the "Creative Upscale" button not showing up after using it once has not been fixed in this update. This feature is very important to me and the glitch has greatly hindered my production work.

Is this issue considered a bug? Also, if you have any information regarding a plan or timeline for a fix, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.
