Contradictory policy: “Private works are not reviewed,” yet blocked works still lose stamina with no refund

SeaArt says that private works are not reviewed, but also says violating works do not get stamina refunded. This is confusing and unfair in practice.

I have already lost stamina about 5 times on generations that I could not use. If a generation is going to be blocked, users should be warned before stamina is consumed. If the result is unusable, there should be a refund.

The statement that unpublished works may still be visible to other users is also very misleading. Most people would assume “unpublished” means not visible to others. If unpublished works are still treated as public for moderation, that needs to be clearly shown before generation.

Please improve this system by:

clearly separating private / unpublished / public status,

warning users before generation,

refunding stamina for blocked unusable results,

explaining the reason for the block.

At the moment, this feels less like moderation and more like an opaque stamina loss

system.
