Constructive Feedback and Suggestions for SeaArt Improvement

Dear SeaArt Team,

I would like to share some sincere feedback to help SeaArt improve the user experience, especially for users in Vietnam and around the world:

1. User Interface and Usability

•  The current interface feels too complicated and cluttered.

•  The AI models and features are not well-organized or logically arranged.

•  It is difficult for users to find and access the features they need.

•  Suggestion: Please reorganize the interface to make it cleaner and more intuitive. Features should be clearly categorized so users can easily locate what they want without confusion.

2. Feature Organization

I suggest organizing the features into clear, separate sections as follows:

•  All image generation features should be grouped into one dedicated section (Image Generation).

•  All video generation features should be grouped into one dedicated section (Video Generation).

•  All image and video editing features should be grouped into one dedicated section (Edit Tools).

•  Apply the same clear categorization to all existing features on SeaArt.

This organization will make it much easier for users to navigate and use the platform efficiently.

3. Content Moderation Policy

•  The current content filtering system is quite strict.

•  Suggestion: Please relax the moderation on nude and 18+ (adult) content to give users more creative freedom.

4. App Availability on App Store

•  Currently, the SeaArt app cannot be downloaded from the App Store in Vietnam.

•  Suggestion: Please resolve this issue as soon as possible so that users from all countries, including Vietnam, can easily download and access the app.

5. Increase Daily Free Credits

•  The amount of free daily credits is currently too limited for proper testing.

•  Many features require a much higher number of credits than the daily free allocation, making it nearly impossible for users to test those features.

•  As a result, users cannot properly evaluate the quality, effectiveness, or suitability of a feature to see whether it truly meets their needs and purposes before deciding to spend money on a paid plan.

•  Suggestion: Significantly increase the daily free credits so users can thoroughly test important features and make informed decisions before purchasing any subscription.

6. Language and Pricing Display

•  The Vietnamese language support is not fully optimized, and some translations still feel unnatural.

•  Pricing for subscription plans is not clearly displayed in Vietnamese currency (VND).

•  Users see a long string of numbers without proper formatting (thousands, millions), which causes confusion when trying to understand the actual price.

•  Suggestion:

•  Improve and refine the Vietnamese language translation.

•  Display prices clearly in Vietnamese format (e.g., 199,000 VNĐ, 1,299,000 VNĐ, etc.) so users can easily understand and make informed decisions.

7. Subscription Plans and Benefits

•  There are currently too many subscription tiers, which makes choosing overwhelming for users.

•  The benefits for the lowest-tier plans are not attractive enough.

•  Suggestion:

•  Reduce and simplify the number of subscription plans to make selection easier.

•  Add more meaningful benefits even to the lowest-tier plan so users can see clear value from the beginning.

I am a user from Vietnam, and I sincerely hope the SeaArt team will consider these suggestions. Improving these areas will make the platform more user-friendly, accessible, and suitable for Vietnamese users as well as the global community.
