Comprehensive Feedback: Review Transparency and Platform Experience Improvements

Dear SeaArt Team,

Thank you for your continued responses. (Around 5 days ago, so after 7 days after I submit first message inquiry for issue I've experienced.)

I would like to formally escalate this matter, as the issues experienced are no longer isolated, but indicate broader concerns across review transparency, feature reliability, and overall creator experience on the platform.

A. Review System Transparency & Communication Gaps

1. Unresolved Status — Yvette Luminara
My AI character, Yvette Luminara, remains in “under review” status without any update, feedback, or resolution.
This creates a complete lack of visibility and prevents further iteration or compliance.

2. Silent Status Change — Seraphina Nightvale
For Seraphina Nightvale, the review status was eventually lifted. However, this occurred without any notification.
The only way this was discovered was through repeated manual checking.

This indicates a core issue:

  • No notification system for status changes

  • No communication loop to inform creators of outcomes

  • Increased uncertainty in time-sensitive workflows

B. Support Accessibility & Inclusivity

The current redirection toward Discord as a primary support channel presents an accessibility issue:

  • Not all users utilize or have access to Discord

  • This approach is not inclusive and cannot be considered a universal support solution

  • There is no clearly defined direct, accountable support channel within the platform itself

This creates fragmentation and reduces the effectiveness of issue resolution.

C. Feature Reliability Issues

Several core features are currently not functioning reliably:

  • Reverse Prompt from Image
Stamina is consumed, but the output field remains blank, resulting in resource loss without result

  • Video Generation from Image
Frequently does not follow prompt instructions, despite higher stamina cost compared to image generation

D. Content Management Limitations

There are significant limitations in managing creative assets:

  • In My Profile → Favorites, only recently favorited images are accessible

  • Older favorited works are not retrievable, limiting usability as a reference library

  • No option to bulk organize or transfer favorited images into custom collections or folders

This restricts workflow efficiency for creators who rely on structured visual libraries.

E. Moderation & Creative Constraint Concerns

The current moderation and censorship approach can feel overly restrictive in the context of artistic creation:

  • Limits aesthetic and stylistic exploration

  • Reduces flexibility in producing expressive, high-quality visual work

  • Lacks clear boundaries or guidelines that creators can reliably follow

F. Lack of Technical Guidance for Core Parameters

There is insufficient in-platform explanation for critical image generation parameters, such as:

  • VAE selection

  • CFG scale differences

  • Sampling methods

  • Steps

  • Img2Img strength

  • LoRA value impact

While beginner guides exist, they are:

  • Not integrated contextually within the workflow

  • Not sufficiently detailed or standardized

  • Less accessible to new or intermediate users who need clear, actionable understanding

Additionally, explanations regarding model engines and LoRA usage lack consistency and technical clarity.

Request for Consideration & Action

To improve both creator experience and platform reliability, I would strongly recommend:

  • Resolution and status clarity for Yvette Luminara

  • Implementation of basic notification systems for review updates

  • Establishment of a direct, platform-based support channel with clear ownership

  • Improvements in feature reliability, especially for stamina-consuming functions

  • Enhanced content management tools (full access, sorting, bulk organization)

  • Clearer, more structured moderation guidelines

  • Integrated, detailed technical documentation for all major parameters and tools

SeaArt has strong potential as a platform for high-quality creative work. However, consistency, transparency, and usability across these core areas are essential to support serious creators and sustain long-term engagement.

I hope this escalation will be reviewed with the appropriate level of attention and translated into meaningful improvements.

Sincerely,
CM
