Complaint — aggressive popup chat message (threatening) — request to investigate and remove

I want to report an inappropriate, aggressive/threatening message that appeared as a popup chat on SeaArt. The message read (partial quote): “[insert quoted fragment] — you really think you can run away...”. The chat UI did not fully load (only the raw text was visible), so at first I believed this to be a real user message rather than advertising or a scripted AI character. The message felt threatening and caused me significant discomfort.

Please:

1. Investigate whether this was an advertisement, an AI character promotion, or a display error.

2. Remove or block any promotional content that can be perceived as a real threat to users.

3. Clarify what moderation and filtering policies are in place to prevent threatening, aggressive, or misleading promotional materials.

4. Confirm receipt of this complaint and inform me of the outcome of your review and any actions taken.
