I am raising a formal complaint regarding the '3-Day Free Trial' which resulted in an unauthorized auto-debit of a full annual subscription amount at the 71.5-hour mark—before the advertised 72-hour trial period actually ended.

I have already secured an official National Consumer Helpline (NCH) Docket Number (#8958851) and initiated a bank chargeback for 'Unfair Trade Practices.'
