The Creative Assistant isn't functioning as an assistant

Recently, when I asked a creative assistant to “conduct our conversation in Japanese but provide prompts in English,” it responded, “I can’t do that because it violates the rules.” Sometimes it can do it and sometimes it can’t, and when I make a mistake in a prompt,they’ll offer a prompt that’s essentially the same, saying, “We’ll respond in good faith; this prompt will result in the ideal work you envision.” Can a creative assistant who claims to be acting in “good faith” but tries to demonstrate that faith with an unreliable prompt really be called an assistant?

Doesn’t the creative assistant treat users like trash with all these lies and exaggerated claims?

It’s bad enough that I only get the bare minimum of free stamina every day, but now this creative assistant is so useless that I’m getting forced to generate pointless works, and I’m really pissed off.
