"Canceled by the system" when using SeaArt Sono Lite to generate video

Hi,

Can’t generate videos using SeaArt Sono Lite (and also SeaArt Flash) - the system keeps canceling on me when generating videos (today for the IP challenge “Cars: Beyond the Track“ and the other day “Tom and Jerry: The Final Round“).

Is it a BUG with the system? I looked up other users’ posts in today’s IP challenge and some of them are using the same model, so why CAN’T I? Does anybody here have the same problem as I do? PLEASE let me know.
