Browser backs and anomalies that prevent viewing the work and silent price increases.

When I back up my browser, it takes me back to the top of each category, and I have to go back to the place I want to see again and again, which is a waste of time and effort. When I inquired with Customer Service, they replied that they were aware of the problem, but the problem has not been resolved for more than a month. Are they going to do it?

Also, the "Works" section on the pages of people I follow has been deleted. In some cases, authors are deleting their own entries, but in others, even those of those who are not followed are being deleted. I contacted Kasmataar and asked them for a link to an update article that clearly states "temporarily deleted".

However, although they say it is temporary, they do not specify "for how long" or "for how long". and so on are not specified at all.

It also doesn't specify an approximate range of time, which is both unkind and makes me wonder if they will return!

The company's "silent price hike", where they raise the price of the annual plan or the price of each time purchase without any notice, is also an unscrupulous and unethical act. However, the company's base seems to be Singapore, but Singapore is already practically the same as China (population-wise), so the company and the site management must also be Chinese. Therefore, the reality is that they are greedy for money and appropriate in their management.
