Bulges in Underwear

Why does your ai think it’s ok to include a bulge in women’s underwear? Started a couple weeks ago and every of my panties and bikini image includes a giant bulge down there. The shape and design of the garment is fine. But there’s a large mound where there shouldn’t be. And sometimes a giant pad that is out of place with the design. I know what panties look like inside. The good ones don’t have a giant pad on the front.
