Bring back separate "Upscale" and "Creative Upscale"

There used to be two editing features: “Upscale,” which simply increased the resolution of the picture, and “Creative Upscale,” which also added details. The latter often ends up making the picture worse, adding irrelevant elements and putting on details that detract from the focus of the work. The A. I. doesn’t understand where to add those details without spoiling the whole. Yet this is the only option for increasing size that available now.

Also some pictures used to have a “Create Animation” option: “Make a short animation.” I could never understand just for which pictures that option appeared. Was it there only for particular models? It appears to be gone now, but it was a nice, inexpensive way to get some motion into the still life. Bring it back.
