About "Awaiting Dev Review"

My feedback regarding the contents and drop rates of the free Stamina Boxes is currently marked as "Awaiting Dev Review," but when exactly can I expect a response from the developers?

To begin with, even if it’s marked as “Awaiting Dev Review,” it doesn’t actually solve the problem, and I think it’s a pretty shoddy response.

If they’re going to label it “Awaiting Dev Review,” JJJJulio has an obligation to tell us exactly how many days, weeks, or months it will take to receive a review directly from the developers. Don’t you agree?

As a businessperson providing a service to customers, is it really appropriate—as a professional, a member of society, and simply as a human being—to unilaterally impose your own convenience and gloss over any inconveniences?
