Some of the videos I asked to be created weren't, and instead Seaart gave me static images of a gradient pattern. That's 600 points in processing power lost with each error like this. I would like to know if my points will be refunded or if I will have the right to ask for the video to be reprocessed because of this system failure. That would be the least fair thing!
