AI Novel Creation Tool notes, glossary, etc. not managed by work?

I continue to use the AI novel creation tool.

When I create another work project and look at the notes and character/glossary, I see data created separately.

I thought these could be created separately for each work, but is this not the case?

If this is the case, I would like to be able to create memos, character collections, and glossaries for each work.
